You are a team of 20 or more individuals, or would like to volunteer for a month not yet on the calendar.
Your team is a school or transition group.
Your team includes a volunteer who needs special accommodations.
You are are having difficulty registering your team.

NOTE: Completing this form does not guarantee slots.

Slots that you see available when you complete the form may not be available when the volunteer team responds to your request.
We book requests in the order in which they are received.

Please note that we have limited opportunities for teams of 40 or more. We also cannot guarantee an entire shift for one team even if the slots appear to be available.
