ROCKFORD: Neighborhood Market - GROCERY DISTRIBUTION

Description

Volunteers will assist with distribution of groceries to neighbors through in our indoor market.  This distribution will take place inside our Neighborhood Market. It is possible that a volunteer is asked to work outside in the parking lot to assist with shopping carts, or inside to assist with check-in and/or stocking Market shelves. Please be flexible to what might be needed during the time of your shift.

NIFB Neighborhood Market
1397 Sandy Hollow Road in Rockford

Volunteers should arrive 15 minutes prior to the stated shift time. All volunteers MUST be at least 12-years old to help with this opportunity. Please wear FULLY ENCLOSED shoes when you volunteer and DRESS COMFORTABLY. 

Please park on the west end of the building - follow signage for VOLUNTEER PARKING.

We recommend you leave valuables in your vehicles; however, lockers are available if you'd like to bring your own lock.
