Description

There are many shifts each week in which Volunteers ages 8 & older sign up to support our mission at the Food Bank! Consider signing up for 1 of our 9 Food Sort & Pack shifts today!

 

Volunteer in the Warehouse

Weekdays:

Tuesdays at 9:00am – 11:30am
Fridays at 9:00am – 11:30am

Weeknights:
Wednesdays at 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Weekends:
Saturdays at 9:00am – 11:30am

 

 

What Volunteers Need to Know

Volunteers MUST wear fully-enclosed (toes and heels) shoes in order to participate in any volunteer shift. Volunteers not wearing proper footwear will be sent home and have to reschedule for another date.

A NOTE FOR TEAMS:

Teams or groups of LESS than 25 volunteers may register online – FASTEST WAY TO RESERVE YOUR SHIFT

Teams or groups of 25 or MORE must contact a Volunteer Coordinator to register

Team or group leaders – please share proper safety/footwear requirements with your group members

AGE & CHAPERONE REQUIREMENTS:

Food Sort & Pack shifts – must be at least 8 years of age

Volunteers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older

One adult for every four youth ages 8-12 with a group; one adult for every ten youth ages 13-15
