Outdoor Food Mobile Markets to Help Our Neighbors
The Food Bank invites anyone that needs a little extra help to receive fresh produce and other grocery items. Volunteers are needed to assist in loading pre-packed boxes into vehicle trunks or backseats and directing traffic flow of vehicles in and out of the parking lot.
Please note: Anyone in the community that may need a little extra help during this time is welcome to attend. No ID is needed for neighbors receiving food.
Volunteer Parking:
- Please enter campus entrance off of Spartan Drive.
- Park in LOT G nearest Chipman Circle Drive or in LOT K and walk to volunteer check-in area.
- Check in at volunteer table when you arrive.
Volunteers may wear masks when interacting with neighbors but it is not required.
THIS EVENT WILL BE OUTSIDE! Dress for the weather - bring a hat, winter gloves, scarf, sunscreen, bug spray, a raincoat, jacket and gloves, etc.
Wear appropriate shoes as you will be on your feet the entire time. There are no sit-down tasks.
